We don't sell your information, we don't use it for targeted ads, and our analytics don't use cookies. Our services are for adults 18 and older.

We don't ask for players' last names, ages, birthdays, photos, schools or contact details. Please don't enter them in free-text fields.

Allergy and dietary information

Allergy and dietary notes can be health information, so we treat them with extra care. They're always optional. On the booking form, they're sent to the restaurant you're booking so it can prepare your meal. In the Team Meal Organizer, a parent's note is visible only to that parent and to the team organizer (through the private organizer link), never to other parents or on the shared team page. We don't use these notes for marketing, analytics or anything other than your meal, and we never sell them. Parents can delete their own notes anytime, organizers can delete any note, and all notes are deleted when the team page is deleted. To have booking-form notes deleted, contact us. Restaurants make the final call on allergen safety, so always confirm serious allergies directly with the restaurant.

If you choose to, you can share counts of allergies or dietary needs (for example, '1 nut allergy'). We pass only the counts to the restaurant for that booking, and we delete them about 30 days after the meal.

3. Sign-in (magic links)

The Team Meal Organizer has no passwords. When you enter your first name and email, we email you a one-time sign-in link that expires after 30 minutes. We store only a scrambled (hashed) version of the link and of your session. Once you're signed in, your device stays signed in for up to 180 days unless you sign out. Organizers get a private admin link, which is saved on their device. Anyone who has that link can manage the team page, so keep it private.

4. Analytics and cookies

We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics service, to count page views and a few actions (such as searches and booking-form submissions). GoatCounter doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across sites, and doesn't build an advertising profile. The app saves your sign-in session and organizer admin links in your browser's local storage. We don't use advertising cookies.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising.

6. How long we keep it

7. Children

Eat. Win. Now. and the Team Meal Organizer are for adults 18 and older: parents, coaches and team organizers. They are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or from anyone under 18. Players' first names and dietary notes in the Team Meal Organizer are entered by their parents or the adult organizer, not by players. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we'll delete it.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or ask us to stop emailing you, by contacting us through our contact form. We honor deletion requests. We'll respond within 45 days and verify requests as needed. Residents of Texas and other states with privacy laws can make these requests, and we won't treat you differently for doing so. Every non-transactional email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed sign-in tokens, and limited access to data. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we'll notify you as the law requires.

10. Changes

We'll post changes here and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we'll give notice on the site or by email.
